         First know that if you are not yet at peak fitness, 

         that life is simply enjoyable when wellness is not a concern.  

         So, make sure you keep yourself in the know when to be 

         healthy, wealthy and wise is your first priority.

     You are what you eat, so choose to only consume food 

     you know will not make you ill, and eat slowly for good

     digestion.  Also, do not over-eat and try not to drink while

        Keeping fit starts with physical movement of the body, 

         so be sure to exercise as much as time permits. 

        The best way to stay fit and healthy is to WALK;  do it 

        daily and in different directions but do it when you are 

        not rushed for time, and walk where the air is fresh and 

        whenever possible with your feet touching the good earth. 

      Life is short, make the most of your time on it !
